Among the most typical grape varieties of the Ascoli Piceno area, Pecorino is a varietal that, in recent years, has contributed to the prestige of the Marche region's winemaking and the Offida appellation. 'Villa Angela', a Pecorino labeled 'Velenosi', is a white wine that knows only steel, culminating in a sip where fruit, freshness, smoothness, and minerality blend in unison, creating an extremely pleasant drink.

A Maison Anselmet staple, the Chardonnay élevé en fût de chêne (High-Grade Chardonnay) is characterized by a magnificent expression of the varietal and terroir, further enhanced by aging in barriques. The grapes are grown in the municipalities of Saint Pierre and Villeneuve, from vineyards planted in 1989, with sandy, morainic soils at approximately 800-900 meters above sea level. For this original white wine labeled Valle d'Aosta DOC, Anselmet opts to vinify entirely in French barriques, with fermentation lasting 25 days and aging for 6-9 months, using 30% new barriques.

The Hofstatter Gewurztraminer, called Joseph, is an aromatic white wine with a spicy and fragrant bouquet and a full, rich flavor, a perfect representation of its terroir. The varietal's distinctive character is achieved and enhanced through a rigorous, modern production process that utilizes only neutral stainless steel vats. The grapes are lightly pressed and, after a brief maceration between the skins and the must, gently pressed. The resulting must is left to settle and then fermented at a controlled temperature. This white wine perfectly reflects the winery's philosophy and embodies a style focused on precision, definition, and aromatic clarity. It is born from careful and environmentally friendly viticulture, with the goal of creating a wine that brilliantly and innovatively communicates the unique characteristics of the Alto Adige terroir and winemaking.

Luna Mater is a wine that symbolizes the revival of the great winemaking tradition of Frascati, in the province of Rome. From the selection of the vineyards, all averaging over fifty years old, to the harvest, which is strictly manual and timed according to the perfect ripeness of each grape variety. After vinification, half of which takes place in wooden barrels, and once bottled, Luna Mater rests in the cellar's cave, hand-dug out of the tuff rock, maintaining a constant temperature and humidity.
